I love to learn about health and wellbeing. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and making things from scratch. I believe in getting back to basics and connecting with nature. Barefoot beach walks are a favourite activity as well as practicing yoga and meditation. My favourite part of my job is being able to help and educate others to improve their health and wellbeing.

What product can you not live without? My favourite product is the Nutrivital Magnesium Complete powder. Due to busy modern lifestyles, nearly everyone these days is deficient in this mineral. If you are busy, active or stressed, then your demands for magnesium are higher. Typical magnesium deficiency signs include muscle cramps, insomnia, eye twitches and a quivering tongue!
What is your secret to a vital life? The key to living a healthy life is to ensure that each day you balance work and rest. Make time to get outside in the fresh air on your lunch break, or before or after work. Take a walk in the park, the beach or in the bush; nature time is very grounding and encourages calm.
