Winter Health Gummies
- In a small saucepan place lemon/orange juice, honey and water – stir to combine. Sprinkle over gelatin powder and allow to sit for 5 minutes for gelatin to soften.
- Whisk over low to medium heat until gelatin dissolved. Do not boil.
- Pour mixture into ice cube tray or gummy moulds and place in fridge to set for 1-2 hours or until firm to touch, they should pop out of moulds easily.
- Keep in airtight container in fridge for up to a week!
