These bliss balls are more than just a delicious snack. Each ingredient has some powerful benefits that will have you glowing from the inside out.

NutraOrganics Beauty Collagen and the White Wolf Vanilla Protein provide the amino acids needed for collagen synthesis within the skin, keeping our skin plump, reducing signs of ageing.

The goodness doesn’t stop there, these beauty balls are rich in omega 3 fatty acids from the chia seeds. Critical for retaining moisture in the skin, maintaining cell integrity, as well as protecting the skin from pollutants in the environment, such as UV radiatation and toxins in the air.

Goji berries might be a new superfood to us, but they have been used in China for thousands of years. Rich in Vitamin A, C and antioxidants, goji berries help create new skin cells.

As macadamia oil is rich in monounsaturated fats, it plays a large role in protecting and supporting the skin cells’ membrane. Macadamia oil can also be applied directly onto your skin as a non-pore clogging hydrating oil!

20 minutes
  • 1/3C chia seeds
  • 1/3C water
  • 2 scoops White Wolf Vanilla Protein
  • 3T NutraOrganics Beauty Collagen
  • 1T goji berries (option to add an additional 1T chopped goji berries to roll into the mixture)
  • 1T macadamia oil
  1. Pop the chia seeds and water in a food processor and wait 10 minutes for the chia to puff up
  2. Add the White Wolf Vanilla Protein, NutraOrganics Collagen, goji berries and macadamia oil and blitz altogether until it forms a batter consistency.
  3. Roll into balls and place onto a lined plate and pop into the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Note you many need to wet your hands to roll them as the collagen will make them sticky.
