Get creative with the chocolate topping – why not try drizzling one of your favourite caramel toppings onto it?
Chocolate Protein Nut Brittle
- Roughly crush nuts by pulsing briefly in food processor or with a knife on a chopping board.
- spread nuts onto a baking tray lined with a reusable mat. Set aside.
- Melt chocolate gently on a low heat in a microwave or double boiler method. Pour chocolate over nuts to completely cover. Drizzle with nut butter.
- Place in fridge 2 hours or freezer for 20 minutes. Break into pieces and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
