Best-Ever Baba Ghanoush

Ingredients
- 1 large eggplant
- 1½ tablespoons tahini
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Foods Australia Hemp Oil
- sea salt and freshly grated black pepper
- Hemp Foods Australia Hemp Seeds and pomegranate seeds, to serve
Method
- Cook eggplant on a grill or barbeque for 15 minutes, or until the outside is charred and the inside is soft. Slice eggplant open and scoop flesh into a bowl. Add tahini, cumin, lemon juice, garlic, hemp oil, and salt and pepper and mix well.
- Serve topped with hemp seeds and pomegranate seeds.
