Add a couple of tablespoons of liquid from the chickpea can OR double olive oil for a smoother texture and consistency.
Using the Organic Road Unhulled Tahini will give a stronger flavour than hulled.
Variations to the basic recipe:
Add a half a raw beetroot
Add a small red chilli, and a few sprigs of coriander for a Thai flavour
Add some sun-dried tomatoes and red capsicum for a Mediterranean flavour
