Excellent healthy spread which I’ve found can be used in so many ways from spread onto GF toast with avocado smash, added to casseroles, spagbol, soups etc.
My family have food intolerances especially my daughter who has psoriasis and is on a restrictive diet. We’ve used Everymite FODMAP for a few years now and it’s converted me to! This formulation means we get important vitamins and minerals into out diet without any nasties! Love it
