Delivery and Returns

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be despatched in two days of receipt of order and depending on location in Australia will take an estimated 1-10 days to ship from our Sydney warehouse. Friday and weekend orders would be processed and shipped by Tuesday depending on volume of orders received.

Please note at certain times when high volumes of orders are being processed such as Christmas, Mother’s Day etc despatch may take longer.

Shipping is between Monday and Friday.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped via Star Track.

There is a flat fee per order as follows:
Within Australia only – $9.95
For orders over $100 shipping is free

If sending to a business address please include company name.

For orders over 20kg in weight different shipping fees will apply and we will contact you to confirm fee.

We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Authority to leave parcel: For all deliveries over $100 a signature is required on delivery for security reasons. If you provide delivery instructions eg leave at front door if no one home, you are accepting liability for that parcel. So in the unfortunate event it were to go missing, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Can I order online and collect at a Go Vita stores?
We are working on this, however this option is not currently available.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Debit and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) and orders are processed through Stripe.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Currently we only ship within Australia, please check back as this may change in the future.

 

Do I need to sign up to be a Go Club member to place an order?
We will ask you to sign up to be a Go Club Member and sign into your account before placing your order. This way we are able to keep track of your orders easily and we can update you on specials and Go Vita news from time to time.

What is your returns policy?
Go Vita wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, and of course we will meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition, we do take great care to ensure we present a high quality range of products via our online store, however if for any reason the goods you receive are damaged or defective we will refund or exchange the item(s), provided you contact us within in 7 days of delivery and you provide proof of purchase ie online invoice/order confirmation.


Go Vita reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange where the item fault is the result of misuse or neglect.


Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.


We do not provide refunds on sale items.

How do I make a return?
Please email customersupport@govita.com.au with your order number, your name and contact number, photo of product, proof of purchase and reason for return. One of our customer service representatives will contact you with what to do from here. We will refund or exchange your damaged or defective item if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item or an incomplete order please contact customersupport@govita.com.au within 48 hours of receipt and our customer service team will provide details of how the issue will be resolved.
