Chocolate and Orange Chia Seed Pudding

An easy-to-make pudding with the classic chocolate and orange flavour combination.

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 375 ml rice milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tbs raw honey
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Plain unsweetened yoghurt (optional)
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
  • Grated dark chocolate, to serve
  1. Place chia seeds, milk, cacao powder, vanilla powder, honey and orange zest and juice into a large bowl, mixing well to combine.
  2. Place bowl in fridge for 1 hour or until set.
  3. Divide mixture among 4 small, glass serving bowls.
  4. Top with yoghurt and orange segments, then serve sprinkled with grated dark chocolate.
